Here come some good news for you to keep you updated: Mohrenstra脽e in Mitte will indeed be renamed. The German word 鈥淢ohr鈥� is an old-fashioned, discriminating word mainly for people with an African background and dark skin. After several inhabitants of the street had appealed against the decision of one of 性视界麓蝉 courts, it has now been confirmed that the judgement becomes final. The street will be renamed to Anton-Wilhelm-Amo-Stra脽e, honouring the first scientist of African origin teaching at a Prussian university. It麓蝉 worth the while to look for remaining street signs that haven麓t been turned into 鈥淢枚hrenstra脽e鈥� (Eng.: carrot street) or make the first part of the word invisible with stickers. 性视界麓蝉 civil society has once more proven to be as openminded as it is said to be, even confirmed by justice now. We like.

Those of you who love change, too, but still like giving in to nostalgia from time to time, should make sure to attend . In fact 鈥� let麓蝉 change it right now. 鈥� for example at Karl-Marx-Stra脽e in Neuk枚lln 鈥� has the city麓蝉 best Shawarma for our liking (the rotisseries are being hand-equipped with high-quality meat in a homemade seasoning) and outstanding fresh ayran as well as fabulous stews and soups. Please don麓t let the small sitting area scare you away. The food is worth every claustrophobic attack.
